What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can maintain reliable IT infrastructure, run security checks and upgrades, and also support graphics or multimedia needs. I want an environment that values quality, efficiency, and hands-on problem solving.

I’m a certified IT Technician with hands-on experience supporting infrastructure and keeping computer systems reliable. I’ve developed and implemented an infrastructure inspection plan to assure network quality, and I perform regular network security checks and upgrades. I also install and hardwire hardware and carry out Computer Information Systems upgrades, along with OS and software installations.

Beyond core IT, I bring practical multimedia capability—working as an LED screen technician and sound technician, and contributing to graphics projects as a Graphic Designer. I’m detail-focused, quality-driven, and efficient, with a service mindset built through ongoing real-world support roles and maintenance work.
