As HR Director, North America & Europe at Crossvale, I led HR and talent acquisition across both regions and helped prepare the organization for its sale. I engineered a scalable people operations model, transformed recruiting, and reduced employee turnover from 20% to 7% while the company continued to grow.
Earlier at Crossvale, I joined as its first HR leader and built its people and recruiting function from the ground up. I also directed HR for international expansion, launching operations in Spain and the UK and supporting entry into Saudi Arabia.
