I manage online courses in the LMS, creating content, assignments, and assessments. I also use LMS analytics to track learner progress and engagement.

I facilitate online discussions and collaborative projects using Blackboard, and work with stakeholders to support student success while maintaining FERPA guidelines.

Before Imagine Learning, I taught Language Arts at Wake County Public Schools, Johnston County Public Schools, and Durham Public Schools. At Durham Public Schools, I was a Team Lead who organized team meetings and planned school events.
