What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead LMS administration and educational technology at a mission-driven institution—streamlining course delivery, supporting instructors and students, and improving learning outcomes through thoughtful integrations and training.

I’m a dedicated educator and administrator with over 10 years of experience managing educational technology and student support services. I build and run learning experiences that improve student comprehension, engagement, and outcomes through strong operational leadership.

In my current role as Manager of the Reading and Writing Center/Instructor, I use D2L Brightspace (LMS) to construct, administrate, and deliver course content. I partner with the Learning Support Coordinator and adjunct faculty to align curriculum design, and I create supplementary assignments and course materials that strengthen learner results.

I also bring hands-on technical expertise, including troubleshooting and providing technical support to students and tutors. I’ve acted as a liaison between the Learning Support Coordinator and software development companies to integrate educational resources, and I worked with IT to revamp the Slate platform to better meet the Reading and Writing Center’s operational needs.

Across my earlier teaching and support roles, I developed and curated course materials using D2L Brightspace and collaborated with leadership to redesign learning support curricula. I’ve led training for writing tutors, updated websites and documentation for services and policies, and helped strengthen reading and writing initiatives across divisions.
