I am an instructional designer, creator, consultant, and coach specializing in online, face-to-face, and hybrid course design. I guide needs assessment through evaluation and produce learning for university, PreK-12, finance, and support staff audiences.

At Wake County Public School System I implemented the district's first required-for-all instructional courses—four courses that produced 40,000 completions and 50,000 enrollments—and project-managed a state-required, stipend-funded graduate-level program serving 5,000 participants. I established systems for recurring Conflict of Interest training, supported court-ordered courses, co-created professional learning software training for 5,000 managers, and managed complex tracking and assessment workflows.

As Instructional Designer at North Carolina State University, I designed accessible, high-quality distance education courses that amplified faculty expertise for global audiences. I also supported recruiting, marketing, social media, publications, presentations, and edited theses and dissertations.

I hold a doctorate focused on instructional design for adult online education and I am committed to learner-centered, scalable systems. I bring data-driven project management and collaborative leadership to build sustainable professional learning at scale.
