I’m looking to guide mission-driven organizations through transformation, growth, disruption, and reinvention by aligning strategy, culture, reputation, and performance.

At PeaceHealth, I partner with the CEO and senior leaders to advance enterprise transformation across a multi-state not-for-profit health system, aligning care delivery, culture, reputation, financial sustainability, and stakeholder trust. I’ve led crisis communications during a system-wide cyber outage and sponsored initiatives including Nurture360 and Women of Peace.

Previously, I led a 75-person, $17.5M marketing and communications organization at University of Utah Health, supporting COVID-19 response, brand growth, and an $800M health and academic campus. Across MultiCare Health, University of Virginia Health, and Lewis Communications, I’ve built brands, guided high-stakes communications, and delivered growth-oriented marketing strategy for healthcare organizations.
