I am a self-directed and results-driven Registered Nurse with a robust background in case management, chronic care coordination, telephone triage, and patient advocacy. My experience has equipped me with the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments, manage complex cases, and make critical decisions autonomously. I am passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and am currently seeking a role in RN Case Management where I can apply my leadership and clinical expertise.

In my current position as Office Manager for Internal Medicine and Infectious Disease at Knox Community Hospital, I independently manage clinic operations, prioritize patient needs, and coordinate care with minimal supervision. I serve as both a clinical and clerical lead, guiding staff and facilitating interdisciplinary collaboration to develop and execute patient-centered care plans. My previous roles have included delivering flexible support as a Float Registered Nurse and providing care in high-risk maternal and newborn settings, where I honed my skills in patient education and critical care.
