I am a committed registered nurse with extensive experience in labor and delivery, currently transitioning into case management. My focus is on empowering patients through comprehensive care coordination, advocacy, and data-driven decision-making. I believe in improving health outcomes by integrating medical, behavioral, and social resources to ensure equitable access to care.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated strong problem-solving abilities and a dedication to process improvement. I have successfully collaborated with interdisciplinary teams to develop effective discharge plans and ensure continuity of care for high-risk obstetric patients. My experience includes conducting clinical assessments, providing mentorship to staff, and actively participating in quality initiatives to monitor clinical outcomes.

As I continue my education with a Master of Science in Nursing, I remain passionate about supporting women and children’s health, particularly in behavioral health and social determinants of care. I am eager to leverage my skills in a case management role that allows me to make a meaningful impact on patient lives.
