What I'm looking for

I'm looking to create clear, accessible digital learning experiences where I can apply instructional design, eLearning development, stakeholder collaboration, and project coordination to help learners succeed.

I create clear, accessible learning experiences through instructional design, curriculum development, assessment design, and eLearning development. My work includes volunteer onboarding and financial literacy micro-courses built around practical application, interactive content, and learner needs.

Over 10 years as an Elementary Educator at Clark County School District, I designed instruction across content areas, piloted a STEM unit that increased science and math scores by 18%, and facilitated faculty workshops on technology integration and instructional planning.
