At Mappa, I lead end-to-end delivery across app.mappa.ai, BackOffice, and internal operations. I led a three-person team building Mappa CRM, replacing manual Sales, HR, and Finance workflows with a unified platform for 15–30 internal operators.

I build production AI-agent tools over WhatsApp for account recovery, CV extraction, job search, applications, and talent-profile management, supporting roughly 50–100 candidate applications daily. I’ve also delivered real-time HubSpot synchronization, centralized authentication, CI/CD pipelines, and observability across AI systems.

Previously at Hytech Nexo, I migrated Gizmo CRM to GCP, eliminated 5–8 weekly outages, improved load times by up to 70%, and reduced critical endpoint latency from 120 seconds to 2 seconds. At Daite, I integrated a national electronic payments gateway with Banco Popular Dominicano and automated roughly 1,000 production payments monthly.

I work across TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Laravel, SQL, APIs, WebSockets, background jobs, cloud infrastructure, and AI systems. I focus on understanding the business problem before choosing the technology, then delivering reliable products that replace manual work and perform in production.
