Robin Ranabhat

I am a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with a strong background in developing and deploying scalable machine learning solutions. Currently, I serve as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of South Dakota, where I focus on enhancing CNN architectures and developing interpretability techniques for Vision-Language Models.

Previously, I worked at Coac Gmbh in Cologne, Germany, as a Senior ML and Infrastructure Engineer. There, I refactored a synchronous PDF-processing microservice into a scalable pub-sub architecture using FastAPI and NATS. I also leveraged Mistral-7b-Instruct LLM to build an Elasticsearch Conservation Agent, improving performance on complex JOIN queries.

I have a Master's in Computer and Information Sciences with an AI specialization from the University of South Dakota and a Bachelor's in Computer Engineering from Kathmandu University. My technical expertise spans machine learning, backend development, MLOps, and databases, with a strong foundation in Python, JavaScript, and Go.
