I’m looking for a role where I can combine Level-II technical support, e-commerce/operations, and self-taught web skills—while contributing to continuous improvement and training. I thrive in fast-paced teams that value clear communication and measurable results.

I’m a multifaceted technical consultant and e-commerce operator with a strong foundation in Electronics and ongoing advanced studies in Industrial Engineering. I bring a practical, hands-on approach—simplifying complex concepts, managing digital workflows, and turning problems into Kaizen-based improvements.

Since 2019, I’ve led end-to-end e-commerce operations, including sourcing, digital marketing, and customer relations, while also providing on-call technical services for electrical installation and hardware maintenance. I coordinate logistics and fulfillment as a motorcycle delivery provider to keep service delivery timely and reliable.

I’ve also built a training and support track record: I served as a part-time TESDA Trainer facilitating technical modules and entrepreneurship seminars, and I handled Level-II customer service from 2017–2018 by resolving elevated technical inquiries efficiently.
