At Teravision Technologies, I coached software teams placed with US clients through changes in how they delivered work. When a downstream oil and gas client phased out manual QA, I reskilled six of seven QA analysts in Playwright UI and API automation, keeping them billable.
I also led a 13-week spec-driven development program that kept all nine developers' seats through vendor cuts. The program used Copilot, Claude Code and Cursor, and was delivered on schedule.
For a Brazilian payments client, I used value stream mapping and a 179-ticket baseline to show that batching, handoffs and split allocation—not developer speed—were driving long lead times. At Teravision, I also built a coaching program for engineers placed with clients and a Gemini-based copilot that cut coaching-cycle preparation to about six minutes per coachee per month.
Earlier, as Delivery Manager for dedicated client teams, I helped teams reduce typical change lead time from seven to nine days to about two by adopting multiple daily deployments, trunk-based development and feature toggles. My experience also includes building Infosoft's first PMO and managing software projects and QA at Movilnet.
