At Ariston Capital LLC, I founded and managed a multifamily investment and syndication business, completing 23 transactions totaling approximately $25M. I built a data-driven process to select markets, underwrite acquisitions, and assess risk-adjusted returns.
I managed the investment and client lifecycle, from sourcing and capital raising through renovation, investor communications, and disposition. I also developed Excel-based models to evaluate acquisition economics, financing, rental income, expenses, returns, and downside risk.
At Liberum Capital, I established the Western U.S. institutional presence, developing approximately 40 relationships representing $100B+ in aggregate client AUM and generating approximately $4M in annual revenue. Earlier, at Bear Stearns, I co-built the Western U.S. international equities business, opening approximately 40 institutional accounts.
At Wells Fargo Advisors, I built approximately $20M in client assets under management within the first year through relationship-based business development and financial planning. My experience also includes institutional client development, investment research, and portfolio management, supported by a Certificate in Business Analytics from University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
