I'm looking to apply strategic finance, transaction execution, investment research, and investor communications experience to opportunities involving complex capital allocation, growth initiatives, and portfolio performance.

I've led strategic finance, transaction execution, and investor communications for Medalist Diversified REIT, helping drive 35% AUM growth through strategic acquisitions.

I directed due diligence, capital structuring, and investor marketing for the REIT's inaugural $22M DST offering, while building frameworks for acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management.
