I'm looking for an HR or operations role where I can manage recruitment and employee lifecycle processes, strengthen documentation and coordination, and contribute to efficient business growth.

I'm currently supporting Shine Logistics LLC remotely, where I handle end-to-end HR operations as the sole HR point of contact in a startup environment.

I manage recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, onboarding, offboarding, HR documentation, policy communication, and employee lifecycle management. I also coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to streamline recruitment and workforce planning.

With an MBA in Human Resources and Operations and a biotechnology background, I bring organized HR administration, stakeholder coordination, and process-focused support to business operations and organizational growth.
