I am looking for a job that allows me to utilize my strong customer service skills and experience in travel planning. I am an engaging and patient customer service professional with 9+ years of experience in responding to all types of customer inquiries. I have proven communication, travel planning, and email management skills. Throughout my career, I have successfully managed and organized clients' calendars, scheduled meetings, booked flight and hotel reservations, and created presentations and spreadsheets as per clients' requests. I am also proficient in online research and have provided excellent customer service to clients' customers. Additionally, I have experience in assisting foreign customers with their training accounts, resolving technical issues, and managing CRM and data entry.

In my previous role as a Digital Service Representative at Probe CX, I supported and assisted US military members with their mobile healthcare application through phone calls and email.
