I've built an end-to-end customer churn prediction pipeline using MySQL and Python, cleaning and transforming data, analyzing KPIs, and identifying drivers including tenure, contract type, and monthly charges.
I developed a Logistic Regression churn model with approximately 76% accuracy and a ROC-AUC of approximately 0.80. I also created a BERT-based named entity recognition system that achieved 95% contextual accuracy on the CoNLL-2003 dataset.
As a Computer Science undergraduate specializing in AI/ML, I enjoy individual and collaborative problem-solving and want to apply my technical skills across project pipelines in a cross-functional team.
