Shama Mahammad

I hold a degree in Computer Science with a strong academic record (96%) and an MBA specializing in HR and Marketing. My combined background in technology and business enables me to approach problems with both analytical and strategic thinking.

In 2024, I transitioned into Data Science by completing professional training and an internship at Rubixe AI Solutions, where I worked on real-world projects including customer churn prediction. I am also certified by NASSCOM and IABAC as a Data Scientist.

I have developed independent projects such as a salary prediction model and an HR assistant chatbot using RAG-based architecture with large language models. These projects reflect my interest in applying AI to practical business use cases.

Additionally, I have freelance experience as an AI Trainer/Data Annotator at Sigma AI, where I worked on multilingual data (Telugu and Hindi) to support AI model improvement.

I am currently open to Data Science, HR-related, virtual assistant, and other data-focused roles. I am eager to contribute my skills, learn continuously, and grow in a dynamic work environment.
