Previously, I drove agile delivery and stakeholder alignment at Redtech Limited, including C-level reporting, vendor/regulatory coordination, and product lifecycle management for 5+ software products—such as launching a payment gateway (1000+ daily transactions, 99% uptime) and an SMS gateway platform. Earlier at UBA (UBA PLC), I managed digital banking initiatives across Nigeria and 19 African subsidiaries, led AI Chatbot integration (Leo) across WhatsApp/Instagram/Google Messages, and delivered card-less withdrawal across 300+ ATMs in 20+ countries—while creating detailed BRDs/RSDs and operational procedures to keep solutions aligned with business needs.
