I’m known for translating business strategy into successful execution by leading cross-functional global teams, modernizing enterprise platforms, and strengthening delivery governance to drive measurable outcomes.

Over my career, I led enterprise engagements exceeding USD 100 Million TCV, partnering with C-level executives, business leaders, engineering teams, and global delivery organizations. I directed enterprise-wide release governance for mission-critical business platforms, improved release predictability while minimizing operational risk, and built executive dashboards for strategic decision-making using Power BI and analytics.

I’m a strong advocate of AI-enabled delivery, integrating ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, IBM Watsonx, and agentic AI into delivery workflows for documentation, reporting, meeting summaries, requirement analysis, and release planning. I’ve also emphasized operational excellence through governance frameworks, risk management practices, dependency tracking, and continuous improvement—retiring from IBM in May 2026 after a career built on leadership excellence, continuous learning, customer success, and delivery innovation.
