I’m a Technical Program Manager and Delivery Leader with 15+ years of leadership experience delivering enterprise software, IT delivery, digital transformation, and PMO governance programs across global organizations. I lead cross-functional teams and align engineering execution with customer expectations, business priorities, and organizational objectives through structured governance and disciplined delivery.

In my current role at IBM India Pvt Ltd, I lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise application programs—planning, execution, governance, deployment, release management, and customer acceptance—across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas. I establish delivery governance through executive reviews, KPI dashboards, milestone tracking, dependency management, risk reviews, and operational reporting to improve visibility and predictability.

Earlier, at Robert Bosch Engineering & Business Solution Ltd, I progressed from project execution to enterprise program leadership, managing global software delivery programs for international customers. I led geographically distributed teams of 120+ engineers and managed program governance including budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, portfolio reviews, risk management, executive reporting, and customer communication.

What I’m most focused on now is strengthening my expertise in Enterprise AI, Data & Analytics delivery, and AI-enabled business transformation to support next-generation enterprise programs. I’m energized by delivery excellence—transparent reporting, proactive risk and issue resolution, and continuous improvement—so customers get high-quality outcomes and long-term confidence.
