At IBM Software, I lead IBM Z Data & AI engineering programs spanning AI Optimizer for Z, Data Gate for watsonx, Db2 Agent for Z, and Db2 Analytics Accelerator. I align product strategy, architecture, roadmaps, delivery, and business priorities across Product Management, Engineering, Research, Infrastructure, Security, and Support.

Over 21+ years, I’ve led enterprise modernization, application migration, data transformation, and Agile transformation initiatives, coaching 80+ Scrum and DevOps teams and managing engineering organizations of approximately 17–45 FTEs. I bring hands-on technology leadership across Generative AI, AI agents, LLM inference, OpenShift, Kubernetes, microservices, and data platforms while developing technical leaders through coaching and ownership-driven leadership.
