What I'm looking for

I'm open to full-time, part-time, and B2B consulting engagements focused on enterprise transformation, ERP change, data migration, stakeholder alignment, and business adoption.

I'm leading Syensqo’s SAP S/4HANA change and data transformation across 56 sites, translating process and data changes into readiness plans for six stakeholder groups. I designed RASCI governance to establish data ownership across the transformation.

Previously, I managed SAP S/4HANA and Oracle Fusion migration work at Ernst & Young, supported regulatory transformation decisions, and built product-data governance across SAP environments. My work combines ITIL, Prosci, and ADKAR change methods with stakeholder alignment, impact assessment, training enablement, and data governance.
