At Accenture, I lead manufacturing user acceptance testing and performance monitoring for ASML’s S/4HANA brownfield transformation, owning factory testing end-to-end and coordinating cross-functional issue resolution.

I build practical execution models, integrated reporting, and live status monitoring that make testing risks visible and support executive decisions. I also simplified defect governance to surface aging, ownership, and stagnation risks.

Across dsm-firmenich, Perfetti van Melle, and Cargill, I’ve restored delivery momentum through defect triage, regional cutover coordination, data-readiness monitoring, and program controls. My work includes 30+ user training sessions, 100+ stage-gate deliverables, and readiness controls for 1,000+ end users.

Earlier at Solvia Digital Solutions, I delivered six end-to-end S/4 rollouts and supported five additional global deployments. I turn messy execution into clearer, reliable operating routines that reduce risk and enable adoption.
