Recruitment consultant at Y STRATEGIE who completed around 60 placements in a year across specialized roles.
MoroccoWhat I'm looking for
At Y STRATEGIE, I recruited across HR, IT, and commercial roles in Morocco, and supported specialized recruitment for partner agencies in France. I completed around 60 placements in a year across permanent, fixed-term, temporary, and vacation roles.
I managed recruitment from defining needs and sourcing through candidate screening, interviews, and follow-up to integration. For high-volume recruitment at Forsands Call, I recruited tele-advisors and supervisors, with around 20 hires per month.
Since May 2026, I’ve worked as Training Manager at Y STRATEGIE, analyzing client training needs and organizing training sessions. I coordinate trainers and providers, manage session logistics, and track progress and quality.
