Implemented behavior treatment plans for children with autism by teaching communication, self-help, and social skills. Collected session data, tracked client progress, and handled challenging behaviors with quick, positive responses.

Organized weekly lessons and led classes for 300+ students (K4–5th grade). Created engaging, welcoming learning environments through music and differentiated support to meet students’ needs.
