At U.S. Embassy, Rabat, Morocco, I manage multi-million-dollar Middle East Partnership Initiative (MEPI) grant portfolios, including financial monitoring, budget forecasting, compliance, evaluations, and project design. I also develop training and communications that support grantees and highlight grant-funded initiatives.
Previously, I managed payroll and benefits administration at U.S. Embassy, Rabat, Morocco, and coordinated HR at Jacobs Engineering S.A. – Home Office, Morocco, where I implemented Oracle HRIS. My earlier experience at Archirodon Group – Morocco Branch included supporting HR budgeting, payroll, and compliance.
