I am a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience leading end-to-end IT, telecom, and infrastructure projects across Indonesia. I focus on delivering complex programs on time and within budget while maintaining strong stakeholder communication and revenue recognition support.
Throughout my career I have managed large-scale IT infrastructure, data center modernization, IP transport, RAN and fiber projects, and IT security deployments, including PAM, WAF, firewall, BGP and cloud migrations. I drive tender and pre-project activities, cost control, schedule planning, escalation, and multi-regional coordination.
I prioritize customer relationship management, risk and issue mitigation, and operational efficiencies to maintain client trust and satisfaction. I apply critical thinking and deep analysis to identify pain points and implement improvements.
