What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a dedicated Business Analyst role where I can gather and document requirements, work closely with stakeholders and technical teams, and support product development with clear, actionable analysis.

I've spent 5+ years in IT services and SaaS environments turning client conversations into clear requirements, solution proposals, and business documentation.

At Solulab, I worked with Middle East and US clients on Cloud and DevOps needs, collaborating with technical teams to shape feasible solutions. I also managed lead tracking, reporting, outreach, and requirement-discovery conversations using CRM tools and Excel.

Across Shriffle Technologies, Gammastack, and Controlf5, I've documented project scopes, prepared client-facing proposals and onboarding materials, and coordinated with development and design teams for digital, web, and e-commerce projects.

I'm building on my Business Analysis Fundamentals certification and hands-on Excel, basic Power BI, and SQL skills as I move into a dedicated Business Analyst role focused on requirement gathering and product development.
