What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-focused role where I can manage reservations and POS systems, troubleshoot quickly, support teammates, and grow into coordination or training responsibilities.

I’m a dedicated customer service professional with demonstrated strengths in time management, troubleshooting, and trend tracking. I excel at building positive relationships through excellent verbal and written communication, and I’m trusted to exceed goals while keeping service smooth and welcoming.
