What I'm looking for
I’m a Chief Deeds Registration Clerk currently supporting the Department of Agriculture land reform & Rural development, where I help ensure accurate deeds-document capture, verification, and fee processing. I also manage HR administration responsibilities, including service benefits and conditions, leave administration, and staff support for performance management.
Previously, I served as a Human Resource Officer at the Department of Agriculture land reform & Rural development (01 May 2017 to 31 Aug 2023) and before that at the Office of the Chief Justice (01 September 2016 to 30 April 2017). In these roles, I administered service conditions and policy processes such as Incapacity Leave and Ill-Health Retirement (PILIR), handled leave audits, and supported Persal transactions and payroll-related enquiries.
I bring strong capability in recruitment coordination (drafting recruitment plans, pre-screening, shortlisting, interview logistics, and interview minutes) and in performance management support (PMDS checks, verified submissions, training needs captured from PDP forms, and outcomes letters). With a highly analytical, detail-focused approach grounded in public service legislation and HRIS (PERSAL), I deliver compliant, well-documented outcomes and reliable service to clients.
