What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can improve HR operations, organisational processes, employee engagement, and reporting while contributing independently in a remote or collaborative environment.

At the Department of Human Settlements, I supported a 365-post organisational structure, conducted job evaluation interviews for close to 100 staff members, moderated 40 evaluated posts, and developed 25 Standard Operating Procedures.

I've also delivered end-to-end HR administration at the Department of Health, supporting recruitment, PMDS, leave and salary administration, training logistics, and records management. I improve as-is workflows into to-be processes using Bizaje and work confidently with Persal, Org Plus, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and AI productivity tools.
