I’m an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Product Manager with 17+ years of experience spanning generative AI, banking/insurance, and payments (card based and digital). I consistently connect “what” to measurable business outcomes—turning strategy into roadmaps, epics, and stories that delivery teams can ship with confidence.

In my work as a Technical Product/Project Consultant at Microsoft, I led capacity optimization initiatives using Microsoft Azure, improving scalability and system efficiency by up to 30%. I also rolled out Microsoft Copilot across product lines, coordinating cross-functional execution to achieve a 25% increase in user productivity, and delivered AI solutions with Azure Machine Learning and Power BI that reduced manual intervention by 40%.

As a Technical Business Analysis Manager (Deloitte Project), I head the Tera team and bring strong requirements elicitation, complex analysis, and lifecycle traceability.
