What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead product/process training, strengthen onboarding and performance through coaching, and partner with operations and quality teams to improve compliance and KRAs.

I’m a results-driven trainer and operations professional with 8+ years delivering end-to-end product and process training. My work spans training, operations, content moderation, and media production, grounded in a background in journalism and mass communication.

I design and update training modules, SOPs, and learning materials, run need-based sessions to close performance gaps, and evaluate trainees through assessments, mock sessions, and live monitoring. I manage onboarding programs, maintain training reports and performance tracking dashboards, and coach and mentor employees to strengthen product knowledge, soft skills, and compliance—consistently aligning training with business KRAs and quality benchmarks.
