Owned Product and Tech end to end, built teams, set roadmap, and managed IT architecture. Doubled service coverage by expanding into on-street parking and new countries, achieving users +50% YoY and CLTV +20%.

Owned live-streaming infrastructure and mobile applications, kickstarted the US branch, and built the mobile team. Helped attract €50M in funding and achieved users +100% YoY.
