I designed a finite-capacity planning methodology and connected its milestones to Epicor Kinetic ERP/MRP. Through integrated planning and schedule governance, I improved on-time delivery from approximately 0% to 80%+ and reduced average delivery delays from roughly 105 days to 20–21 days.
At G.D USA – COESIA GROUP, I directed purchasing, production planning, inventory, manufacturing, quality, service, and maintenance. From 2017–2022, I improved production efficiency by 20% and achieved 96% on-time delivery through KPI discipline, resource optimization, and process standardization.
Earlier, I supervised production planning, coordinated prototype-to-production transitions, and developed integrated project plans at G.D USA – COESIA GROUP and G.D S.p.A. – COESIA GROUP.
