I’m a Fullstack Engineer with 4+ years of experience owning production systems end-to-end—from architecture and backend services to frontend execution and production reliability. I build clean, scalable backend APIs with NestJS and TypeScript, design relational data models in PostgreSQL, and ship performant React interfaces that reach users directly.

I specialize in async job systems and event-driven architectures using AWS SQS and Lambda, and I work with AI tools—including the Claude API—to accelerate development and build AI-adjacent product features. I take pragmatic architectural tradeoffs, and I raise engineering quality through code reviews and testing while operating effectively through ambiguity.

At AYTE – IT Consultores, I’ve owned fullstack systems end-to-end across multiple client products, architecting serverless AWS backends with NestJS on Lambda, PostgreSQL (RDS) and DynamoDB, plus SQS-powered async pipelines and Cognito multi-tenant authentication. I designed and optimized PostgreSQL schemas for complex logistics data flows and replaced synchronous notification flows with background jobs to improve reliability and failure isolation.

Previously, as Frontend Developer & Tech Lead at Prevent Express, I led a small engineering team, set technical direction for the frontend stack, and delivered production web apps with Angular and TypeScript as well as cross-platform mobile applications using React Native and Ionic. I’m available with 6+ hours PST overlap from Colombia and enjoy translating ambiguous requirements into clearly scoped systems.
