I've built my career at General Motors de Mexico, leading regional vehicle quality launches and introducing Joint Venture Vehicles from SGMW and SAIC to market. I lead EV product launches across the GMM and GMCC markets while defining country-specific requirements.

I manage warranty and launch investigations, root-cause analysis, technician training, quality budgets, and new-technology equipment. My work has prevented the buyback of 300 vehicles, reduced process time from 180 to 60 days, and delivered more than $100,000 USD in annual savings since 2020.

Earlier, I delivered design-release solutions for powertrain components, reduced CRFM complexity from 210 to 33, and developed thermal and alternative refrigerant testing plans. I'm a mechatronic engineer with an MBA and 16 years of automotive experience across development, engineering design, quality, and fleet operations.
