I'm looking to lead cross-functional transformation, delivery, and operational improvement work where I can turn strategy into measurable outcomes across complex products, teams, suppliers, and business functions.

I lead complex cross-functional programs at the intersection of product, operations and technology, translating ambiguous business and technical challenges into structured execution. My background spans automotive, aerospace, manufacturing and entrepreneurial environments, with experience across program delivery, NPI, product development, operational improvement and business transformation.

At Stellantis, I led global mechatronics execution across three Jeep EV/HEV programs, coordinating 40+ engineers and suppliers across product development, HW/SW integration, validation, risk and launch readiness. I developed optimization initiatives representing $40M+ USD in projected savings and influenced a portfolio decision that generated $3M+ USD in cost savings.

Earlier roles included product development, engineering change, internal audit and manufacturing support. I led changes across five assembly plants, reduced part complexity by 27% and worked across engineering, suppliers, manufacturing, purchasing and quality to resolve technical and operational constraints.
