I’m a hardworking, passionate Program Manager with a strong track record in project and operations management, process/industrial engineering, and launching projects for electronic, industrial, injection, and automotive products. I manage programs for a business unit and own end-to-end project execution, supervising Project Managers across multiple automotive initiatives in NPI & series.

I lead global stakeholder management and communicate status, risk, and KPIs to top management using tools like one-pagers and structured meetings. I handle program-level budget ownership (P&L cost reduction and project budgets ranging from 500k to 2M USD), coordinate requirements and milestone plans, and guide launches through APQP and change management (ECN/PCN), including client-facing deliverables such as DV, PV, and PPAP. From supervising trial runs and removing production blocks to aligning teams on launch-focused procedures and reviewing technical drawings, I bring a “focused on how to make it happen” mindset—independent when needed, collaborative when it matters.
