I am an experienced project manager with 20 years in automotive engineering and manufacturing, leading cross-functional teams across Mexico, Europe, Asia and the USA to deliver complex product launches and engineering changes. I have led programs for global OEMs (VW, BMW, Nissan, Honda, GM, Kia, Subaru, Tesla, Toyota, Stellantis, Ford) and managed multi-million dollar projects, achieving targets for FTQ, delivery, scrap reduction and cost savings.

I excel in PLM-driven processes, VA/VE, Capital Harness implementations and cross-site coordination, with proven results including $3M annual savings using VA/VE, $1M+ yearly savings from process improvements, and successful launches of projects exceeding $30M.
