Seeking remote, part-time or flexible roles in virtual assistance, operations, research, project coordination, marketing, customer support, or content. I’m looking for ongoing opportunities with clear communication, flexibility, and room to grow.

I’m a creative and operations-focused professional with 5+ years of experience across client support, research, project coordination, marketing, content production, and quality control. Throughout my career, I’ve worked closely with clients and internal teams to understand requirements, research businesses and audiences, plan projects, coordinate deliverables, and ensure work meets quality standards.

In my previous role as a lead designer for a digital marketing company, I managed creative workflows for multiple client accounts, including client communication, campaign research, creative planning, briefing and delegating work to designers, reviewing deliverables, and coordinating with marketing teams. I also have experience creating presentations, editing video content, researching social media trends, and organizing information to support business decisions.

I enjoy work that involves problem-solving, organization, research, communication, and taking ownership of projects. I’m comfortable learning new tools and processes quickly and working independently in remote environments.

I’m currently interested in remote opportunities in virtual assistance, operations, project coordination, research, marketing support, customer support, and content operations, particularly part-time or flexible roles where I can contribute to a team and grow into greater responsibility.
