I am an experienced construction estimator and truss designer with over 30 years in roofing, restoration, and structural layout, delivering accurate, buildable designs and reliable cost estimates.
I have designed and engineered roof and floor trusses using MiTek and Alpine, and peer-reviewed layouts prior to fabrication to minimize errors and coordinate revisions with contractors, engineers, and architects.
On the estimating side, I have produced detailed estimates for roofing (shingle, tile, metal, modified bitumen, TPO), lightweight insulated concrete roof decks, gypsum underlayment, landscaping and hardscapes, and insurance loss work including water mitigation, mold remediation, and fire loss using tools such as The Edge, Xactimate, Symbility, and EagleView data.
I bring strong attention to detail, practical problem-solving, and clear communication with sales teams, subcontractors, vendors, clients, and insurance adjusters to ensure projects are accurately scoped, budgeted, and executed.
