What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote Customer Support Representative role where I can apply my communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills while learning new systems and processes.

At BYD Subang Welding Plant 1 Project, I coordinated daily work plans and communicated with site supervisors and project representatives about requirements and progress. I also prepared attendance records and coordinated invoice submissions and payment follow-ups.

In my current Assembly Technician role at PT JEE Technology Co., Ltd., I coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Chinese colleagues, on equipment adjustments and installation requirements. I'm seeking to apply my communication, organization, and problem-solving skills in a remote Customer Support Representative role.
