What I'm looking for

I want to lead partner relations that drive sales growth—designing expansion and marketing strategies, coaching teams, and building trusted business relationships in a collaborative, results-driven environment.

I’m an Area Manager of Business Partners focused on building and maintaining strong business-partner relationships with NOA Finance. I design and implement expansion and marketing strategies, and I contribute to the growth of sales while representing a respectful, trustworthy organization.

Previously, as a Partner Relations Manager at Iute Albania, I maintained relationships with iute partners (merchant and agent) and drove new partner acquisitions. I trained staff and managers on procedures and updates, coached teams in sales with financing, and re-activated dormant partners.

Earlier in my career, I worked as a Loan Consultant where I handled interviews, customer data entry, evaluation of customer needs, loan recovery, and after-sales support. I also served as a Customer Experience Analyst and Back office specialist, including coordinating a loyalty program, representing the department in monthly meetings, and supervising a team of six while managing complaints operations.

I hold a Master of Science in International Relations from the University of Tirana and I’ve strengthened my practice through workshops and training in customer experience, leadership, Excel intensification, and negotiating. I bring a structured, people-focused approach that turns partner relationships into measurable business results.
