I'm looking to build user-centric products where I can turn data, feedback, and stakeholder needs into clear requirements, measurable improvements, and reliable cross-functional delivery.

At Tiket.com, I improve partner-facing accommodation products by turning stakeholder requirements, user feedback, and production issues into product specs, user stories, and shipped features. I redesigned post-booking payment error messaging to reduce Case-to-Book support cases by approximately 23% across 65,000+ partners, and built MM To Do scoring logic that increased property availability by 8% and competitiveness by 13%.

I've also delivered data-driven recommenders and A/B-tested initiatives that improved CTR, conversion, orders, engagement, and retention. With an Information Systems degree from ITB, SQL and API-integration foundations, and national hackathon and case-competition wins, I enjoy connecting user insight, documentation, and delivery across engineering, design, data, marketing, and operations.
