What I'm looking for

I am seeking a role where I can combine hands-on vehicle diagnostics and repairs with parts management and customer-facing aftersales coordination, preferably in a dealership or high-end service environment that values process improvement and customer satisfaction.

I am an automotive aftersales specialist with hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing four-wheel vehicles, performing wheel alignments, and supporting luxury-brand workshops. I combine technical skills (PMS, repairs, air-conditioning diagnostics, and race-car servicing) with customer-facing strengths to manage job flow, parts sourcing, and service quality for high-end clients.
