I’m a BBA second-year student with a strong interest in business management, recruitment, and business analysis. I’m proactive about learning and I aim to turn requirements into clear processes and outcomes.

Alongside my studies, I founded and manage a home-based healthy baking brand, where I handle customer orders, pricing, and timely delivery. I collect customer feedback to improve products, and I focus on hygiene, quality control, and consistency—so operations stay reliable even when things move fast.

I also gained recruitment experience as an HR & Talent Acquisition Associate, conducting candidate calling and telephonic interviews. I assisted with onboarding, maintained candidate records, and coordinated interview and joining details, supported by structured tools like resume screening and MS Excel. I want to contribute in a professional environment where business thinking and effective hiring both matter.
