My background combines community management, user and customer support, technical problem-solving, documentation, training, and communication between users, technical teams and management.

At MoonLabs Game Studios, I worked across international gaming and Web3 communities with more than 25,000 members. I built and reorganized Discord community structures, supported players and users directly, handled issue and bug triage, improved support processes and documentation, and acted as an intermediary between the community, developers and senior management.

I also created rearrow’s Independent Void Guide, a detailed Devikins player resource whose information MoonLabs later purchased for incorporation into its official systems, while I retained ownership of the original guide.

Before MoonLabs, I spent 21 years with Unilever in corporate technology, information services, executive support, training and technology adoption roles. I began in Technical Information Services and later supported senior executives, secretaries and international teams in the Netherlands, with assignments involving Unilever’s London headquarters.

My work included evaluating and introducing workplace technologies, supporting operating systems and office tools, mobile connectivity and emerging communication systems, and working with users, IT specialists, security teams, suppliers and management to turn business needs into practical solutions.

I was also involved in development and implementation projects with external suppliers, helping define requirements, responsibilities and workflows, troubleshooting live issues, and feeding usability and infrastructure findings back to project teams. A recurring part of my role was translating between technical specialists and business users so systems solved real operational problems.

Across both Unilever and MoonLabs, the common thread in my career has been connecting users with the teams responsible for building, supporting and managing products and systems.

I am particularly interested in remote Community Manager, Community Operations, Customer Support, Technical Support, Player Support and Product/Community Liaison roles.

I also use AI extensively for research, analysis, drafting, localization, identifying recurring themes in user feedback, and adapting communication for different audiences. I use it as a tool to strengthen human judgment and decision-making, not replace it.
